By scheduling, authorizing, or receiving service from A+ Pools ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers receiving weekly pool cleaning and maintenance services.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
A+ Pools provides professional weekly pool cleaning and water maintenance services, which may include:
Skimming debris
Brushing walls and tile line
Vacuuming as needed
Emptying baskets
Water testing and chemical balancing
Chemical additions as necessary
Visual inspection of pool equipment
Services are limited to routine cleaning and water chemistry maintenance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All services are performed by Scott Boersma, owner and operator of A+ Pools. We do not subcontract weekly service work. The same professional services your pool each visit.
Customer agrees to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool area
Ensure gates are unlocked on scheduled service days
Secure pets away from the service area
Maintain safe working conditions
If access is denied or unsafe conditions exist, the visit may be skipped and still billed.
Service may be delayed due to severe weather, lightning, flooding, or unsafe conditions. Service will resume on the next scheduled visit. In certain cases, missed services due to weather may not be rescheduled.
A+ Pools supplies standard pool chemicals necessary for routine maintenance unless otherwise agreed.
Excessive chemical demand due to:
Algae blooms
Equipment failure
Neglect
Storm debris
Improper water levels may result in additional charges.
Invoices are issued [weekly/monthly – insert your preference].
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
Returned payments may incur additional fees.
Failure to maintain current payment status may result in termination of service.
While we visually inspect equipment during service, A+ Pools is not responsible for:
Mechanical failures
Leaks
Electrical issues
Undetected underground plumbing failures
Pre-existing equipment damage
Customers are responsible for maintaining operational equipment unless a separate repair agreement is in place.
Customer is responsible for maintaining proper water level unless automatic fill systems are installed. Improper water level may affect chemical balance and equipment operation.
A+ Pools is not responsible for damage caused by:
Freezing temperatures
Power outages
Flooding
Severe storms
Acts of God
Customers are responsible for freeze protection measures unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A+ Pools shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Damage caused by pre-existing pool conditions
Surface deterioration due to age or chemistry history
Acts outside of our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for one month of service.
Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice.
Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination.
A+ Pools reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
